Deep Rest & Relaxation Sound Session; with Shriya

A nourishing evening of deep rest, calm, stillness and peace. 

The  evening will begin with a short introduction to sound and the alchemy  bowls which are made from pure crystal and precious gemstones including gold, emerald and platinum.  

You will then lie down with blankets and be bathed in the gentle  soothing sounds. As the sound washes through the body, you are able to  release tension, the mind lets go, the body softens, we rest in a  natural harmony and peace with the stillness within. 

The session ends  with silence, space to deeply rest and bathe in the bhav, the alive  presence of divine grace which is felt as peace in the heart.

Shriya loves to provide spaces where we can rest our body and mind and  remember our true nature. She is committed in her inner studies spending  periods of the year in silence and with her teacher which is felt in  her offerings. She offers a gentle, loving space yet with depth and  integrity. It is her wish that in these spaces of sound and silence that  we deeply rest, are held in love and recognise the peace of our own  being.
