Carolin Frühauf is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and artist based in the Algarve. Accidently ending up in a Kundalini Yoga class by her University sports program at age 20, her passion for Yoga ignited. Having lived in many different countries and having tried out many forms of Yoga since that first class in 2013, she completed a Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training in Nepal in 2022. For her, the yogic path is a way of living and not solely practicing asanas. The yogic path has proven to be a source of inspiration, confidence and creativity for her and she feels honoured to share her knowledge and experience with others.
